Design
Every mould begins with in-depth analysis
Our design department is at the heart of every mould development project. We analyse how plastic materials behave during the moulding process to reduce development times, prevent critical issues and ensure high performance.
This approach delivers efficient results from the earliest production stages and improves the reliability of the entire manufacturing system.
CAD/CAM systems
We use CAD/CAM tools to develop and optimise every mould component with precision, geometric control and continuity between design and manufacturing.
3D modelling
Three-dimensional modelling allows us to verify geometries, component fits and functionality, improving project efficiency from the earliest stages.
